Who we are
| The astronomical
observatory of Capannori (OAC) is the public observatory of the
municipality of Capannori in Lucca province, Tuscany region, central
Italy; OAC is managed exclusively by the 'Istituto Ricerche Fotometriche'
(IRF). The IRF is a private, non-profit institution whose aims are the same of OAC (see the section Mission Statement). The IRF staff has a long time experience in astronomy, expecially in the fields of stellar photometry, time series analysis and stellar spectrography (read the link about our published papers). |
